How do you learn writing exams?

Perhaps practice remembering key phrases and words in your language and try watching/reading programmes and books in your foreign language so that you get used to the language and pick up common terms.

When studying for a writing exam there are two things you must do:

Write and read. 

If you write and read enough any exam could be a piece of pie for you.
