T = (3m - n)/5

5 * T = (3m - n)/5 * 5

5T = 3m - n

n + 5T = 3m - n + n

n + 5T = 3m

(n + 5T)/3 = (3m)/3

(n + 5T)/3 = m

Answer: m = (n+5T)/3
