Volunteering
shows that one is ready and willing to a certain task. Like during election campaigns there those
who freely volunteer their services to ensure that a candidate gets
successfully elected and when people take note of their efforts, it can pave
the way to employment opportunities.
Part-time jobs provide small income but if managed wisely can help a
person provide the means to get a better paying job. Community work just like volunteer work can
lead to lead to employment when they take note of how well and how much effort
you put in to the job that was given to you and can provide you with references
that could land you a job. In entrepreneurship,
even if it is a small business, it will need people who can help in the day to
day operations and will hire those who are qualified to do the work. The more small business being set up in the
area, then the more the chances for people to get jobs thus helping to solve
the unemployment problem. Finally in
informal jobs even if it is not stable, just like the rest if you do your job
well there is a good chance that they will retain you and give you permanent
work.
