Brian’s specific diagnosis is called and falls under the category of schizophrenia.  In this patients basic needs such as hygiene and nutrition is neglected. Hallucinations, delusions or disorganized speech is the symptoms of the patients. Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders distract the patient to define what is real and what is not.
