Hitlers favorite strategy was called the blitzkrieg, which was a tatic where Hitler used planes to knock out Strategic positions. Then he would send in lots of tanks backed up by supply lines.

Finally the foot infantry to clean up what was left. This strategy was used before the opposing forces even new what was going on.
