Cyber terrorism is efficient but less dangerous than the traditional forms of terrorist activities because in Cyber Terrorism, internet is used as a mean to conduct violent acts, especially by the governments to threaten the specific person or group of persons to achieve certain goals.

It is efficient because it doesn't need any thing to do the terrorism except internet and through this, the person whom they want to threaten is directly reached without the interference of anyone else.

It is less dangerous because is doesn't always involve the casualties which is the worst form of terrorism. People lives are somewhat secure in this form of terrorism.
