7 tips for staying organized in college:

1. Get a planner; it helps you keep track of upcoming assignments and events. 

2. Keep track of all your syllabi. (It helps to have a folder to put them in so that you can keep up with them throughout the semester.)

3. Create a semester spreadsheet to help you budget efficiently and effectively. 

4. Keep your bookbag/purse organized. 

5. Color code notes and assignments by class and level of difficulty for you; do the most difficult assignments first and the easiest last. (Trust me, it will reduce your stress levels.)

6. Get a whiteboard/bulletin board to write reminders. 

7. Use your cell phone.
