What was one of the problems associated with the administration of the americans with disabilities act
One problem with and administration of the ADA was the grandfather clause. People thought that they still had the same treatment as their grandfathers, before the institution of this act. The rights of the disabled were not guaranteed two generations prior, so the people did not respect the ADA and its administration.
