5x^2 + 20x + 13 = 0
Divide through by 5:-
x^2 + 4x + 13/5 = 0
(x + 2)^2  - 4 = -13/5 = -2.6
(x + 2)^2 = -2.6 + 4 = 1.4

x + 2 = +/- sqrt1.4
x = -2 + sqrt1.4 ,   -sqrt1.4 - 2

the roots are -0.817,  -3.183  to nearest thousandth
