Litmus paper turns blue in basic solutions & red in acidic ones.
#2- If reactivity is based on electronegativity (how badly they want an electron), and the table trend is that it increases bottom-up & from left to right (fluorine is most electronegative)- which is the least reactive (farthest from fluorine)?
