Having eyes protruding from the head of a frog comes with a lot of positives.
The frog uses its eyes to swallow food, so as it quickly gets hold of its prey, it is able to eat it very fast as well.
Again the eyes act as security. When it is submerged in water, the eyes are out there watching and observing what is happening above the water.
