2,150 pounds of pebbles would be required to cover 75,000 square feet.

We can do this by seeing how many times our original 1500 square feet would go into 75000. (75000/1500=5) This means that we would need 5 times the amount of pebbles to cover 75000 square feet. Now, we just plug it in. 430*5=2,150 pounds of pebbles.
