Explanation - Strength training is an activity done to improve muscle strength and endurance when the resistance is provided. Training for one to two days per or maximum three helps in maintaining the strength of the body.
It has been found that increased number of resistance training even while keeping the volume constant produces gain as much as one-repetition maximum or 1RM. 1RM is the utmost quantity of weight a person can push in one re-occuruence.
