The center has coordinates h = -2, k = 5.  The radius is sqrt(6).  The equation for a circle is as follows: [tex](x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2[/tex].  Filling in using our given info we have [tex](x-(-2))^2+(y-5)^2=( \sqrt{6})^2 [/tex].  Simplifying that down we have an equation of [tex](x+2)^2+(y-5)^2=6[/tex].  There you go!
