By the 1930s WOMEN won the right to vote in the United States, although it is true that this right wasn't really particularly taken in account by women. The thing was that women weren't instantaneously prepared to vote when it was possible to do so.

The right to vote was inited in the 19th amendment, which served as a victory for women as they had to fight many arguments, protests, and suffers during that period.

Therefore, equality is served with no discrimination in voting rights based on sex as stipulated by the US constitution.
