To preserve a batch
of beans for an extended period in the refrigerator, you need to cook a whole
bunch at one time by using a pressure cooker. After it is done, re-bag it in
small plastic bag that is good for a one-cook meal or portioned it out for easy
future use. Then, use a straw to vacuum the air inside the bag before you
finally seal the bag. Lastly, freeze it all and arrange it properly in the
fridge, you can also label the bags by indicating what type of bean you have and
add a date to indicate the day you prepare it.
