Public Relations is the process managing and distributing information by either a government or private institution to the public.  It’s goal is to inform the public, clients, investors and other stockholders as well as to convince them to preserve a good image of the institution as well as the goods and services that it offers.  These people usually work at PR or marketing companies and they do these campaigns so that the institutions they promote gain more supporters as well as built public trust.
