use the converse of the Pythagorean theorem to determine if the three given lengths form a right triangle. the lengths are: 14cm,48cm,50cm.

Pythagoras theory is that c*squared = a*squared + b*squared
Majority of the time c*squared is the largest number so in this series of numbers c*squared would be 50Cm
All you have to do is check that 14*squared + 48*squared = 50*squared
To do this you would add the values of 14*squared and 48*squared and then square root the answer. If the result is 50 then the numbers form a right angle but if the answer is not 50 then it doesn’t form a right angle triangle. Sorry if this is confusing, hope I helped have a good day :)
