False, most Americans do not drink plenty of water.
As true as it sounds, Americans spend more money and time on drinking soda than drinking what most of their body is made of, water. The amount of water an average person should drink a day to eight to ten glasses of water. If anybody falls short of that, they are in risk of dehydration, muscle pain, kidney disease, and high blood pressure. Some people don't realize that there are flavors to put into water, if you don't like the taste of just plain water.
