The pro about jazz is that it is one of the few forms of music that most closest represents the heart and soul of the musician. Jazz is about the musician expressing himself through his instrument through improvisation and imagination. In its purest form jazz gets you into the personal domain of the musician. Can't beat it. The con is that if you love jazz music. Its hard to find on the radio (unless you got satellite radio).
