1. Subtract 11 from both sides to isolate the variable r.
2. Divide by -6 on both sides, but remember whenever you divide or multiply by a negative number, you'll have to flip the inequality sign.

well just plug in the R's you are given and you should be able to figure it out you can eliminate any R's with a negative number because when you have a negative sign behind a minus sign it's positive so the first and last are eliminated now just use simple maths r = 7

which isnt true -31 is bigger than -48 not less then so the only one left is r = 11

-55<-47 which is true so your answer is
