The answer is at Preoperational Stage. At this stage, children tend to think about things in the world symbolically, use words and images to represent things. Their memory and imagination are developed, they start to understand the difference between the past and the present. However, they are bad in logical reasoning, usually have cause and effect, comparison issues.
