something that i would do is see how many times bigger the other shape is like for number 9 i would do 28/4 which is 7 times larger then you do 56/7 and get 8.
then for 10 i did 49 divided by 7 which is 7 times larger so then you do 28/7 to get 4 so that is your answer for 10 4.
