A limited liability company or as known for short (LLC) is a corporate structure whereby the individuals from the organization can't be obligated for the organization's obligations or liabilities. Limited liability organizations are basically mixture elements that join the attributes of an enterprise and an association or sole proprietorship.

In order to do this, Michel just need to buy part of ownership to the limited liability company (he can do this by contacting the owners and make them agree to sell some of their shares) . As long as the owners of the company acknowledge the ownership purchase, Michel can become a member to the corporate entity in united states regardless of his citizenship.
