the four fundamental properties of an analog signal are :
1) Amplitude - A measure of a signal's strength, example would be how
much a radio wave moves back and forth.
2) Frequency - the number of waves that move past a given point in a
given unit of time. It is expressed in the hertz unit.
3) Wavelength - the distance between corresponding points on the wave's
cycle
4) Phase - position of a point in time (an instant) on a waveform cycle.
