For instance, being gone up against by a large, forceful looking man with a blade while taking an alternate route through a back road would inspire target uneasiness (fear) in many people. For this situation, the control of the inner self is being debilitated by an outside factor, as opposed to by an inward clash. In the other two sorts of anxiety, the danger originates from inside.
