The formula of a surface area of a cylinder:
[tex]S.A.=2\pi r(r+H)[/tex]

We have:
[tex]r=1m;\ H=10m[/tex]
substitute:
[tex]S.A.=2\pi\cdot1\cdot(1+10)=2\pi\cdot11=22\pi\ m^2\approx22\cdot3.14=69.08\ m^2[/tex]
