p(x) can be simlified as p(x) = 2x(x -2)

(p∘q)(x) = p(q(x)) = p(x -3) = 2(x -3)(x -3 -2)
(p∘q)(x) = 2(x -3)(x -5)

(p∘q)(x) = 2x^2 -16x +30
