"A" and "B" doesn't really help the speech be 'memorable.' 

I think the best thing you could do is "D". Really have the audience emotionally involved. Speeches aren't always meant to entertain, but if you can have the audience engaged while talking about your points, then that's a win. Try to get them emotionally connected.
