I don't understand if I'm supposed to just choose 1 between the 2 that says Add your selection one quotation from the text that supports your answer to Part A.tion to blank 1 using.... or choose an answer from both, if you can please help me don't just skip this question

I can definetely see why this is confusing. I myself am getting extremely confused as well.
I believe the assignment has two options to pick from. Part A, is a topic for the assignment, and so is part B. 
Once you choose between the two, follow the instructions in the part you've chosen, and you should be fine.
