The biggest influence of the Latin American Wars was freedom from Spanish domain and national dominion for former Spanish colonies in Latin America. These wars for freedom were mostly autonomous efforts brawled through distinct revolutionary movements in each individual Latin American Spanish land, however they were part of a worldwide spirit of revolution that had taken hold in the United States and in European nations. These revolutionary exertions were fruitful in part because of the fading of Spanish central power in the stir of France attacking Spain in 1808.
