The most probable answer to this question would be the third option which is focus on the final grade you want in the class.
Others might argue that the first option isn't advised to do in overcoming writer's block since it would only add to the pressure and that isn't helping at all. Actually, this is making you feel that you are in control of things and that you imposed unto yourself that you can do this by this date and time. Referring back to pre-writing materials and outlines and using multiple writing techniques and quite helpful, but focusing on the final grade you want in the class would only let your perfectionist side rule over you which would in turn bury your creativity and ultimately, render you nothing in return.
