Well in everything we have protons and electrons, eg. In static electrisity in a balloon when you rub the balloon on a material like your hair all the protons come off and into your hair which makes your hair go upright and funny and the ballon is desperate to get back the protons so it sticks to surfaces to gain there protons to ballance out the electrons it allready has for it to be nuteral again. Because its important for everything that can be to be nuteral
