I have a quick question.. how do you give answers without commenting on other peoples answer?!?!? If that made any sense...

Well, doesn't it say ADD YOUR ANSWER or something like that when you want to add your own answer?
Otherwise, try reloading the site

It's says. Know The Answer! Type it here! And then you type it and it does it automatically
