windows that is if the door wont open it should be the window so the smoke can get out so you can breath better

The answer would be a window. A door may not open if the hinges are melted together, a light wouldn’t be of much assistance, but a window would be very helpful because you could crawl through and get to safety or you could let the smoke out if it is a small fire.
