If the number that is last in the problem is larger than the number that comes first, it always means it will be less than one. Let's say you have 5 cookies, and you have 10 friends to give them to. You would have to divide 5 by 10 and give 1/2 of a cookie to each friend. 1/2 is less than 2, right? Hope this helps :)
