In the bottom-up processing approach, recognition begins at the tactile info, the stimulus. Therefore, observation can be portrayed as information driven. For instance, there is a blossom at the focal point of a person's field. Seeing the blossom and all the data about the stimulus are conveyed from the retina to the visual cortex in the cerebrum.
