Hey !!

Slope of Line = tanQ

Where ,
Q is the angle in the anticlockwise direction of positive X-axis

Here , Q = 135°

Therefore , tanQ = tan 135°

Now ,
tan 135° = tan (180-45)° = -tan 45°

-tan 45° = -1

Hence , Slope of line = -1 Ans.
