First, add 5m/11t to both sides to get it positive.
5m/11t + c= 6n
Subtract c from both sides
5m/11t = 6n - c
Multiply both sides by t
5m/11 = t(6n - c)
Divide both sides by (6n - c)
5m/(66n - 11c) = t
