Racquetball is a sport where you go from standing to bursting from place to place. Its sister sport is tennis... It gets your heart pumping, your lungs start taking in more air, your muscles like the bicep in the arm is being used, and your blood starts pumping in order to carry oxygen to different parts of the body.

The benefit is that it keeps you fit depending on how long and how much you play per week or per day. It strengthens your muscles, if you dont use your muscles they start to essentially shrink away if they arn't being used. If you play racquetball outside you get vitamin D from the sun which is a very important vitamin for the body. And finally, it keeps you mentally and physically good.
