assuming that you typed it wrong, meaning you meant 1cm=1.5 sq meters, 

then the answer is 45  meters

just multiply the length and the width to get the area

so, 5cm= 7.5  m
4cm= 6 m

7.5m multiplied by 6m is 45sq m
