Igor Fyodorovich Stravinsky, though a Russian by birth was know to have, at various times in his life, been a citizen of the United States and France. It is not mentioned anywhere that he was at any time a citizen of Germany.  Stravinsky was one of the most important and influential composers of the 20th century.
