how do you measure in meter sticks but you want to measure in yard sticks

So are you trying to convert meter to yards? If so:

Every 1 meter is equivalent to 1.09 yards.
So lets say you measure 5 meters, but you want that into yards, it would be about 5.46 or 5.5 which ever.
