Romans did perspective paintings. 
Greece was more on objects then on walls or canvas. 
Greeks were very quadrangular and blocky. But had lots of shapes. 
More Natural and pictures/ paintings were based on what they saw with there eyes. 

With human scultures of the human body they were very similar. 
Romans was a little finer like on the edges and more tools and that they could work with. 
Greeks were a little rougher but still quiet amazing.
 

The roman architecture was more inclined toward realistic and perspective paintings whereas the Greek architecture was more focused on the paintings on the walls and caves.

Architecture is the technique of developing and creating paintings sculptures, buildings, sketches, etc.

The paintings and sculptures made by the Romans seemed to be more natural and realistic in comparison to the paintings of the Greeks which were made on caves and walls. Romans were very smoother with the edges and their tools but the Greeks used objects for their paintings due to which they are rougher in them.

Therefore, both the artworks had their own relevance and importance in prehistoric times.
