and m is the mass
and ΔT is the change in temperature
and when we have Q = 293 J & m = 25 g & ΔT = 15 °C so by substitution:
∴C = 293/(25*15)
= 0.78 J/g-°C
∴ 0.78 J/g-°C is the correct answer
