HELP!!! An area with poor housekeeping, that creates a tripping hazard. The most likely result would be abrasions or bruises. However, this would only be the case if there were no sharp objects, broken glass, etc. in the area. What violation type does this describe? willful, serious. other-than-serious, or repeated?
