When writing a citation when the author's name is available, you always start with the author's last name then a comma and the first name followed by a period. From this information, option A is now eliminated because of the colon after Joe. Next the author's name is followed by the article title in quotes. After the title, you need the publication information. First, the title of the magazine followed by the publication date. This eliminates option B and Option C. Therefore Option D is the only one left.
