Choose either water or table salt and:

Write a paragraph describing in detail the chemical change that happens to form that substance.

Respuesta :

Hello!

Water: When molecular hydrogen and oxygen are combined and allowed to react together, energy is released in the molecules of hydrogen and oxygen can combine to form either water or hydrogen peroxide these two processes are represented by the two chemical quotations.

Salt: Sodium combining with chlorine to form sodium chloride, or table salt. (Sorry it's not a paragraph, but that's all I could come up with.)

Hope this helps! :)

Salt: Dissolving salt in water is a chemical change. It is a chemical change because it is an ionic compound. Inside of the salt is a sodium chloride which reacts to the water. The sodium chloride is the ionic compound which causes the salt to establish a chemical change. This doesn't just happen with any crystalline. Sugar does not face a chemical reaction because it is a physical reaction. When sugar comes in contact with water, the molecules from the salt immerse through the water but it does not cause any chemical differences.
