I think it's D) The Moon since the moon itself doesn't emit light, it just reflects the light of the sun. Obviously it's not a star and the sun is a star so it's not the sun either. A galaxy is full of stars that emit light, plus I think the center of the galaxy emits light but I could be wrong about that. D.) seems to be the best choice.
