Let's start off, what is a (scatter plot anyways)?
This would look like a graph with many dots everywhere and they just look very (SCATTERY) in a sense.
So, when graphing this, it would look like a graph, but instead of bars, they would be dots of instead of the bars. There would be a picture to help illustrate what I'm talking about.
